Kristina is our ABO Certified Optician and Certified Paraoptometric Assistant. She has been a member of the Weiss Eyecare team since 2004. She keeps up-to-date on all the latest lenses and technology available so our patients have the best vision possible. Kristina orders all the prescription eyeglasses lenses. She is married and has twin boys, Garrett and Wyatt. She and her husband live in the South Shore area with their dog, horses and cattle. LaDawn is our Certified Contact lens Specialist and has been with us for over 10 years now. She’s the one you will want to talk to about your contact lens needs. She keeps the Dr. and staff up-to-date on the new contacts coming out and does the contact lens assessments. She also is certified to find eye glass prescriptions so she assists the doctor in finding those from where the doctor will fine tune and finalize. LaDawn grew up on a farm outside of Platte, South Dakota. After graduating high school in 2006 she relocated to Watertown to attend Lake Are Tech. June is our new Administrative Assistant. We are so blessed to have this woman’s knowledge and bubbly personality here at the clinic. She is goal driven and such a joy to be around.
June went to Watertown High School where she then attended Lake Area Tech. She has 2 daughters who are both married and she has 2 grandchildren who she is looking forward to being able to spend more time with in the upcoming years.
Caitlin Clark is our main Pretesting Technician here at the clinic. She joined us in March 2019 and is so kind and patient that she will make any uneasy going to the eye doctor feelings disappear.
She graduated from Castlewood High School in 2017 and loves to cheer so she will support you through the dreaded puff of air.
Amy will be the smiling face, greeting you when you walk in the door, as our Patient Coordinator!
Amy went to Henry High School graduating in 2007 and then graduating also from Lake Area Tech for Medical Assisting in 2009. She stays busy taking her 3 kids Emma(12), Liam(6), and Levi(4) to their sporting events.
